Your property has purchased the Gold Participation Package which includes the following marketing programs:

Scheduling Your Placements Using This Online Marketing Scheduler
Please follow the steps below to reserve the dates of your marketing. Marketing placements are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability. Don’t delay, reserve your space now!
Important Note: Ad materials are due at least two weeks prior to the scheduled placement date, so keep this in mind when selecting your dates to allow enough time to prepare and submit your ad materials.
Step 2
Click on the program title below (in blue) and you will be prompted to schedule the first placement, scroll through the calendar to select your date, after you complete the first placement, follow the instructions in the cart to schedule the next placement and then you will follow the instructions in the cart to schedule the third placement. Available dates are displayed in green on the monthly calendars. Complete the check-out form and submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been received. You will receive a second email confirming your request after it has been reviewed by our marketing team.
Step 3
Mark your calendar for the scheduled dates of your placements and remember ad materials are due no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled placement date. If materials are not received by the due-date, or you do not cancel/re-schedule by the due date, your placement will be forfeited.
